So I'm catching up today.
Been a little behind in posting stuff.
Cedric and Michelle came over a few weeks ago - mid April, I guess it was. And since I was feeling down, I requested a Michelle cake and some Cedric salsa to cheer me up. Here are pictures of each. The pirate ship cake was AWESOME and the Cedric salsa - ALWAYS good!!! Matt tried to do his chicken, chorizo, & queso blanco again - the idea is sortof like a mexican cordon bleu - but it didn't work out too well. He said next time he would put me on queso patrol. We'll take pictures of the next attempt. That attempt will be the 3rd....and oh yes, it will be victorious.
